THE WIZARD for a captivating acoustic spell

What better way to end the week than gawking and writing about loudspeakers that I can never own! At least penning down a few appreciating words about them and knowing about their existence makes me feel superior over all those who are totally ignorant of such acoustic pleasures. Shifting my focus to THE WIZARD, lemme tell you that it comes from the famed Hansen Audio. Meticulously hand-built in Canada, this WIZARD is designed sonically and visually, to last, and be enjoyed for many generations to come. Aptly named as THE WIZARD, it will undoubtedly cast a magic spell the moment you plug it in to your system.

This three driver, 2-way center channel loudspeaker features a High Precision tweeter with a 25mm high performance dome mounted on a dispersion optimized 6mm aluminum plate. The woofers comprise of 2 x 182mm exotic multi-layer composite sandwich cone.

It also incorporates Sound Wave Deformation Prevention technology. The elegant hybrid enclosure utilizes the Hansen Audio engineered Hansen Composite Matrix material, finished in trademark Class “A” finish. Moreover it’s also uses the outstanding Sound Wave Diffraction Distortion Elimination technology.
